I met Donna and Mitchell at a local DEMA (Domestic Estate Management Association) meeting over a year ago. I reached out to them to schedule a date to meet and put together an EMERGENCY READY PLAN (ERP). The time and effort they put into producing a well documented ERP made me, as an Estate Manager, look GREAT! The comprehensive plan was easy to read and understand when presenting it to my Principal. My Principal was proud for the proactive work I had done to protect their home and furnishings. I now have the information readily available on my  iPad and computer in case of an emergency. I highly recommend SERVPRO of Lake Worth to other Estate Managers. Setting up an EMERGENCY READY PROFILE is a MUST for the Estates we manage.

I had the nightmare of so many households in Florida. MOLD. Two companies were recommended by friends and I chose SERVPRO. A date to meet was made for the company to send someone to appraise the damage and work out a time schedule. I worried, about time and cost and mess and all the accompanying problems I heard of from many who had been in the same situation which included the restoration of walls thereafter.

I need not have worried. A price was set, a time schedule was set, even to having the proper diagnosis prior to the start and finally at the finish of the work as demanded by the powers that be. Everything….and I mean everything ….went according to plan, quietly with no disruption of the original plans or my visiting family.

The SERVPRO Staff were kind, polite, confident, knowledgeable, courteous, respectful and accomplished that which I know was a most difficult task without upsetting me or the prescribed time originally agreed upon.

Kudos to SERVPRO and the wonderful people who accomplished the task of ridding my house of Mold and rebuilding the walls and restoring the decoration of the areas that had been affected.

I am grateful and certainly very happy to recommend them to anyone in need of the services SERVPRO of Lake Worth has to offer.
