I met Donna and Mitchell at a local DEMA (Domestic Estate Management Association) meeting over a year ago. I reached out to them to schedule a date to meet and put together an EMERGENCY READY PLAN (ERP). The time and effort they put into producing a well documented ERP made me, as an Estate Manager, look GREAT! The comprehensive plan was easy to read and understand when presenting it to my Principal. My Principal was proud for the proactive work I had done to protect their home and furnishings. I now have the information readily available on my  iPad and computer in case of an emergency.
